The wishful fantasy of entire nations results in myth. Folk psychology.
All children eventually realize that their mother is certainly their mother (having they came from her body). But the father less certain.
The dreaming of different parents. Those grand-er. Not as a matter of replacing them, but rather to exalt them. Reminiscing over happy times long past. Projected via fantasy.
Analyzing Da Vinci
Vasari recounts that in his last hour of life, Leonardo Da Vinci reproached himself for having offended God and mankind by failing in his duty as artist.
The relation between obsessional neurosis and the compulsive nature of trivial activities.
Da Vinci loved his mother more than any other woman, thereby homosexual :p

Face pulls with a band.
Reverse peck deck.
Lateral raises.
Assisted dips.
Realization
Do everything with 10% less internal momentum. You’re constantly giving 100%. Wear yourself out.
And if that still feels overwhelming, give 20% less.
Operate on what you have.
Further
Taking care of yourself allows you to operate at higher capacities.
Fall into these cycles where I’m not taking care of myself. Yet giving too much.
Burn myself out.
On a wave is
more than riding it and recognizing how big or how graceful it is. It’s this state of unhindered presence. No in-moment error correction.
